PURITRAILER

Every drop counts, we green your manufacturing.

The traditional approach — treating wastewater at the end.

Industrial process solutions contain heavy metals, chemicals, and other components. In traditional wastewater treatment processes, additional substances such as heavy metal scavengers, acids, salts, and bacteria are added to meet discharge regulations.

These added materials not only increase the volume of the solution being treated but also lead to higher energy consumption."

The PURITRAILER model -- Recycling and Reusing process water

Leverage the compact and modular design of the PURITRAILER mobile system:
  1. Keep recycled water within the manufacturing process for reuse, avoiding the wastewater treatment process as much as possible.

  2. Utilize PURITRAILER's distillation, concentration, and crystallization equipment to remove heavy metals and chemicals at the processing stage for refining, purification, and reuse.

  3. Reduce the load on end-stage treatment, achieving green manufacturing at a low cost.

PURITRAILER is a fully integrated, plug-and-play advanced water treatment plant.

In addition to gas-liquid separation, mechanical vapor recompression, heat exchange, drying units, and a control system, PURITRAILER is also equipped with auxiliary facilities such as a generator, transformer, and cooling tower. It functions as a fully integrated, plug-and-play advanced water treatment plant.

The PURITRAILER mobile processing unit mainly operates at a capacity of 20 tons/day.

Recommendations:

  1. For customers with a low volume of aged process solutions, the utilization rate of a dedicated processing unit would also be low. It is recommended to use the PURITRAILER service for better cost efficiency.

  2. For customers needing to process more than 100 tons of process solutions per month, it is more beneficial to purchase or lease a fixed processing unit and allocate dedicated personnel for operation and maintenance.

On-site Processing

  1. Collect sample liquid for laboratory analysis to establish treatment parameters.

  2. Inspect the facility’s layout, power, pipelines, and storage tanks, then prepare the necessary equipment after signing the contract.

  3. Deploy the PURITRAILER for on-site operation, with remote monitoring and support for on-site engineers to adjust parameters.

  4. Manage and dispose of residues according to regulations.

Equipment Selling

  1. Both parties confirm the requirements and specifications, sign the contract, and a 50% payment is made to proceed material preparation and equipment production.

  2. After the equipment is delivered, installed, and test runs are completed, 30% of the payment is made.

  3. A trial operation and calibration period (within 30 days) follows, along with operator training. After final acceptance, the remaining 20% of the payment is made.

  4. The core unit comes with a 12-month warranty, with maintenance, repairs, and consumables replacement provided.

Equipment Leasing

  1. Provide 36-month and 60-month equipment leasing and purchase options.

  2. During the leasing period, maintenance, repairs, and consumable replacements will be carried out as per the contract.

  3. At the end of the contract term, ownership of the equipment will be transferred to the customer, and a service agreement will be signed to govern ongoing maintenance, repairs, and consumable replacement services.
